Can Canon EF or EF-S lenses be mounted on this body?
Yes, with the EF-EOS R mount adapter, which opens up the entire EF and EF-S range. The RF mount natively accepts RF and RF-S lenses. However, EF-M lenses are not compatible. On this APS-C sensor, the focal length is equivalent to 1.6 times the value marked on the lens.
Does the sensor clean itself when you change lenses?

The 7.5 cm vari-angle touchscreen (1.62 million dots, 100% coverage) flips round to face you so you can frame yourself. The 0.39-inch OLED viewfinder with 2.36 million dots offers a 22 mm eyepoint and dioptric adjustment from -3 to +1: you can shoot while keeping your glasses on.
Are photos taken under fluorescent or LED lighting likely to show banding?
Not if you enable anti-flicker shooting: the camera detects flicker at 100 or 120 Hz and fires accordingly. The high-frequency version of this correction, however, is not provided.
