How does my promo code work?

It is a code in your name, to be read out on air, on video or in a story: entered in the basket, it credits you with the sale even without a click on your link (across devices too) and always takes priority over the link. Depending on your agreement, it can also give your audience a discount.

Which pages can I send my audience to?

Any page on iris.ma: product page, category, promotion, home page. The generator in your partner area creates the full tracked link and a short /go/ link that can be read out loud.

Do I have to issue an invoice?

Yes — that is what keeps the programme in order. With each payment request you are given a summary statement ready to copy out (reference, amounts, VAT). Sole traders: invoice without VAT.

Can I order through my own link?

No. Self-purchasing is excluded from the programme — an order placed on your own account through your link or your code generates no commission.

What is strictly prohibited?

Paid search bidding on the “iris” brand and its misspellings, cookie stuffing, cashback and any payment back to the customer, spam, and failing to disclose the affiliate link. The details are set out in the programme conditions.

Can I combine this with Club iris?

Yes: your customer account and its reward balance are unaffected. One point to note: the part of an order paid with the reward balance or with vouchers does not count towards your commission base.
