Bank transfer
You place your order first, then make the transfer from your banking app or your branch, to our account:
Account holder: SGM2I
RIB: 007 826 0002684000000426 89
Account held at: Attijariwafa bank — BCM Harhoura branch
Quote your order number as the reference of the transfer: that is what lets us find it and prepare it without calling you. The exact amount to transfer is given to you when the order is confirmed and repeated by email, with this same RIB.
Go for the instant transfer
In your app, pick the instant transfer option rather than the standard transfer: the funds arrive within seconds, your order is validated straight away and you gain at least a day. A standard transfer takes 1 to 3 working days to reach us.
And if your own account is with Attijariwafa bank, there is nothing to pick: a transfer to ours is immediate by default, with no interbank delay and no instant-transfer fee.
Typing our RIB by hand? One digit the wrong way round and the transfer comes straight back: our Moroccan IBAN checker verifies the check key before you confirm.
Bank card
No card number held by us
You enter your card on the payment platform, never on iris.ma: we neither see, record nor keep any bank card number. The details are on our personal data protection page.
This is the fastest method: payment is validated at once and your product is reserved immediately. Your everyday Moroccan card is enough — Visa, Mastercard or CMI, no special card is needed. Foreign cards are accepted; supporting documents may then be asked of you.
Payment runs in 3-D Secure on the Attijari Payment platform, approved by the Moroccan banks and compliant with Visa and Mastercard requirements. No fee on our side.
Cash on delivery
You pay only on receipt: the courier collects the payment in cash when handing over the parcel. If you have chosen store pickup, payment is made at the counter. No extra charge.
This method is offered for orders from 200 DH to 8,000 DH. Above that, settle a deposit online and the balance in cash on delivery — explained below.
One exception: products on order, whose stock is held abroad and which are delivered within 3 to 6 weeks. They are paid for in advance, by bank transfer, by bank card or by payment at a branch.
Certified cheque
The cheque must be certified by your bank and made payable to sgm2i, the company that runs iris.ma. Write the order number on the back.
There is no need to send it to us for the order to leave: a copy is enough, by WhatsApp on +212 6 64 10 46 24 or by email to service.client@iris.ma. As soon as it reaches us, the order is validated and dispatched; you hand the cheque to the courier.
You can also drop it off at one of our points of sale in Casablanca or Témara.
Cash at a bank branch
With no card and no account to debit, you can pay the amount in cash at the counter of any Attijariwafa bank branch, into our account:
Account holder: SGM2I
Account no.: 0268 D 000 000 426
Bank: Attijariwafa bank
Write your order number on the paying-in slip. Allow about 24 hours for the payment to reach us; preparation starts when it does.
Pay a deposit, the balance on delivery
From a basket of 6,000 DH, checkout offers you a middle way: you settle a deposit — by bank transfer or by card, as you prefer — and the balance in cash on delivery.
This is what makes it possible to order above the cash-on-delivery ceiling without paying the whole amount up front. The deposit amount is displayed at the moment of choosing, then on the confirmation page and in the email: that is the amount to settle, not the total.
The deposit is not refunded if you cancel.
Frequently asked questions
Which means of payment do you accept?
Five: bank transfer, bank card (Moroccan or foreign), cash on delivery or at store pickup, certified cheque, and cash paid into a bank branch. On large orders, a deposit by bank transfer or by card, with the balance in cash on delivery, is also offered.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, in cash, for orders from 200 DH to 8,000 DH: you pay the courier on receipt, or at the counter if you pick up in store. Above that amount, you can settle a deposit online and the balance in cash on delivery.
How long does a transfer take to reach you?
A few seconds by instant transfer, against 1 to 3 working days for a standard transfer — see also the Attijariwafa bank processing times, as our account is held there. From an Attijariwafa bank account, the transfer is immediate. If you pay from abroad, allow a few more days.
Does the instant transfer work at the weekend?
Yes: it is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, weekends and public holidays included, up to a limit of 20,000 DH per operation. Your order is validated when the funds arrive, even on a Sunday.
Does iris.ma keep my card number?
No. The details are entered on the Attijari Payment platform, never on iris.ma: we neither see nor keep any bank card number.
When is my order dispatched?
As soon as the payment is confirmed: immediately if you pay by card, when the funds arrive for a transfer or a payment at a branch, and as soon as we receive the copy of the cheque. Before that confirmation the product is not reserved — hence the value of the instant transfer.
Can I have an invoice in my company's name?
Yes, with your company's ICE: enter the company in the billing address. Our business area brings together the dedicated services, including the quotation request answered within 24 working hours and administrative purchase orders.
