1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the advertised 120 MB/s a read or a write speed?
Read. The M210S reaches 120 MB/s read but tops out at 45 MB/s write: copying a large folder to the drive takes noticeably longer than reading it back. These speeds are measured on an empty drive with the ATTO tool, and the actual speed depends on the hardware you plug it into.
The HS-USB-M210S reference comes in several capacities: which one will I receive?
128 GB. The HS-USB-M210S model comes in 16, 32, 64 and 128 GB under the same name: it is the suffix of the reference, here HS-USB-M210S-128G-U3, that identifies the 128 GB version with a USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface.
Is there a cap to lose?
No. The connector retracts into the body of the drive via a push-pull mechanism: nothing to twist off or put away, and the contact stays protected once retracted. You can toss it loose into a pocket or a bag; the whole thing weighs just 9 g for 53 × 21 × 10 mm.
Can it be left in a bag or a drawer exposed to heat?
It is rated to operate from -5 to 55 °C and to be stored from -25 to 70 °C. These margins cover a carry bag as well as a non-air-conditioned office; after a spell in direct sunlight, let it return to its operating range before plugging it in.
Do you need to install a driver before using it?
No, it is plug and play: plugged into a USB-A port, it is recognised immediately, with no installation, no software and no extra cable. It accepts common file formats, from documents to high-resolution photos and HD videos.
Is the Hiksemi M210S USB flash drive new and under warranty?
Yes: a new, sealed product, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the 1-year warranty document. Full specifications — speeds, temperature ranges, 53 × 21 × 10 mm format and 9 g — are given in the manufacturer's datasheet (PDF).
