Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How does the Jabra Evolve 20 headset connect to a computer?
It connects via USB, plug-and-play (ready to use, no setup needed) through a USB-C/A adapter: it works just as well on a USB-C port as on a USB-A port.
Is the Jabra Evolve 20 certified for Microsoft Teams?
Yes, this MS version is certified for Microsoft Teams, and the headset is also certified by Avaya, Cisco and Unify for reliable calls and video conferences.

Does the Jabra Evolve 20 have Bluetooth or a 3.5 mm jack?
No to both: it is wired, USB only, with no Bluetooth and no 3.5 mm jack. It has no battery: it is powered by the computer's USB port.
Can I listen to music with the Jabra Evolve 20 headset?
Yes. It is fitted with good-quality 28 mm drivers, designed for calls as well as music.
Does the Jabra Evolve 20 headset work on Mac and PC?
