1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

How does the Ugreen 90545 wireless mouse connect to the computer?
It connects via 2.4 GHz wireless through a small USB receiver (dongle) that plugs into the PC. It is not Bluetooth: you therefore need a free USB-A port.
Does the Ugreen 90545 mouse run on a battery or is it rechargeable?
It runs on an AA battery (it is not rechargeable). Please note: the AA battery is not included. Thanks to its low power consumption, a single battery lasts 12 to 18 months.
What sensitivity (DPI) settings does this Ugreen mouse offer?
The optical sensor can be set to 800 / 1000 / 1600 / 2000 / 4000 DPI, adapting to office work as well as to high-definition 4K/8K screens.

How does the mouse save the battery when I am not using it?
After about 10 minutes of inactivity, it automatically goes into sleep mode. A simple click wakes it instantly, with nothing else to do.
