This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

How many devices can the Kensington MY430 EQ control?
Three at once: two via Bluetooth Low Energy and one via the included 2.4 GHz USB-A receiver. A button on the underside switches from one to another, with no re-pairing.
Can the USB receiver be stored in the mouse?
Yes, a storage slot is provided in the mouse. It is the detail that stops you losing the dongle when you carry the mouse in a bag.
Is the charging cable included with the MY430 EQ?
Yes, a USB-C cable is included. The rechargeable battery lasts up to 4 months per charge: nothing else to plan for on the day you set it up.
What sensitivity settings does the MY430 EQ offer?
Three levels: 1,000, 1,600 or 2,400 DPI, changed with a dedicated button. Enough to go from precise pointing to fast movement across a large screen without opening any software.
How many buttons does the MY430 EQ have, and are they programmable?
Six buttons — left, right, forward, back, middle click and DPI — of which five are programmable with the free KensingtonWorks software.
Does the KensingtonWorks software work on all PCs?
One limitation is stated in black and white: Windows computers with ARM processors are not supported for now. On a conventional Windows PC, a Mac or a Chromebook, the software installs normally.
Are the MY430 EQ's clicks silent?
The left and right clicks are — Kensington presents them as helping concentration. The other buttons do not carry the same claim.
How much recycled material does this mouse contain?
Two figures, for two different scopes: at least 56% post-consumer recycled content across all plastic components (SCS Recycled Content Standard V8-0 certification, printed circuit board excluded), and 65% for the outer shell.
Is the MY430 EQ's wireless connection secure?
Yes, the connection relies on 128-bit AES encryption — a point that matters for a mouse used in a shared space or in an organisation subject to a security policy.
What hand size does the MY430 EQ suit?
Small and medium hands, and it is sculpted for the right hand. A large hand or a left-handed user will find it less comfortable than a wider ambidextrous model.
