Q: How is my reward balance calculated?

Every order earns you 1% of its value including VAT (excluding delivery charges) in dirhams, up to 300 DH per order — the amount earned is always rounded up to the nearest dirham. The Silver and Gold tiers raise that rate to 1.5% and 2%, and paying by any method other than cash on delivery (card, transfer…) adds up to +50% to what you earn — the exact bonus is shown on each method at the moment of payment, provided that cash on delivery is also offered to you.

Q: How do I spend my reward balance?

From a balance of 30 DH, choose the amount to deduct directly in the basket (on an order of at least 1 000,00 DH incl. VAT of items). The reward balance can be combined with automatic offers and promo codes. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

Q: Does my reward balance expire?

Your reward balance is valid for 90 days, and there is only one date for your entire balance: each new amount earned — delivered order, referral, bonus — pushes it back by 90 days. The exact date is shown in your account, and is sent as an email reminder before it expires.

Q: How do the iris, Silver and Gold tiers work?

Your status is calculated over your last 12 months: Silver from 3 orders or 5 000,00 DH incl. VAT of purchases, Gold from 6 orders or 20 000,00 DH incl. VAT. A status once reached is kept for at least 12 months — never a surprise downgrade.

Q: How do referrals work?

Share your personal link: the person you refer receives 50 DH on their first order of at least 500,00 DH incl. VAT, and you earn 50 DH in your reward balance as soon as that order is delivered to them. They have 90 days from signing up to place it.
