How do I track an international Amana parcel?
Tracking works exactly the same way: the 13-character number ends with the country code of origin (MA for Morocco, FR for France, and so on). Until the parcel enters Moroccan territory, only the steps recorded in the country of departure appear.
My Amana tracking shows nothing — is that normal?
A parcel that has just been dropped off can take a few hours to appear, the time of its first scan. If nothing shows after 48 hours, check the number with the sender: one letter mistaken for a digit is enough to make it untraceable.

Go to the post office named in the tracking with an ID document and your tracking number. The holding period is limited: once it expires, the parcel goes back to the sender.
