Does a CTM tracking number contain letters?
No, it is made of digits only. If your reference contains letters, it is another reference (a shop order number, for instance) and not the CTM tracking number.
Does CTM warn you when the parcel arrives?
Yes, CTM Messagerie sends an SMS giving the arrival date and the collection point. Online tracking remains more detailed.
Can I collect my parcel at another CTM branch?
The parcel travels to the branch named at shipping. A change of destination has to be requested by the sender, before the parcel arrives.
How long does the branch keep my parcel?
A holding period applies once the parcel reaches the branch. After that it goes back to the sender: collect it as soon as you get the SMS.
