The general structure of the iris.ma website, together with the texts, product descriptions, photographs, illustrations, logos, databases and any other element of which it is composed, are the property of SGM2I or of its partners, and are protected by Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights and by Law No. 17-97 on the protection of industrial property.

Any reproduction, representation, extraction, adaptation or re-use, in whole or in part, of any one of these elements, by whatever process and on whatever medium, is prohibited without prior written authorisation. This prohibition covers in particular the automated extraction of the catalogue, of prices and of stock availability.

The trade marks, names and logos of the manufacturers presented on the site remain the property of their respective holders; they are used for the sole purpose of identifying the products we distribute.

The processing of personal data carried out from this site is governed by Law No. 09-08 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. You have a right of access to, rectification of and objection to the data concerning you.

The purposes, the retention period, the recipients and the arrangements for exercising your rights are set out in detail in our personal data protection policy. A request may also be sent to us from the contact form.

Any order placed on iris.ma is governed by our general terms and conditions of sale, accepted at the time the order is confirmed. They set out the prices, the payment arrangements, delivery, the manufacturer's warranty and the transfer of ownership.

The exchange and refund arrangements, together with the withdrawal period provided for by Law No. 31-08 enacting consumer protection measures, are set out in our return policy.

Contracts concluded online are concluded under the conditions laid down by Law No. 53-05 on the electronic exchange of legal data.

Any complaint relating to an order may be addressed to the customer relations desk, by telephone, by e-mail or from the contact form, quoting the order number. A complaint concerning a product already delivered is handled by the after-sales service.
