Return policy

In accordance with the legislation in force in Morocco, you have a withdrawal period of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of your parcel. In order to exercise this right, it is imperative that:

• the product has never been opened, unpacked or used;

• the original packaging is intact and still sealed.

Where these conditions are not met, we shall unfortunately be unable to accept the return of the product.

If the product you have received is defective, damaged in transit or does not correspond to the product ordered, you have the right to return it. In that case, iris.ma undertakes to bear the return costs.

For any return connected with a non-conformity or a defect, you are required to report the situation to us within a maximum period of 48 hours following receipt of the product, by sending a claim to: service.client@iris.ma.

• In the event of voluntary withdrawal, the return costs are borne by you in full.

• Where the return is due to a defective or non-conforming product, iris.ma will bear the costs relating to that return.

To make a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact our customer service by e-mail (service.client@iris.ma) in order to obtain prior confirmation of the return.

2. Prepare your parcel carefully, making sure that the product is perfectly protected, in its original packaging, intact and sealed.

3. Send your parcel to the address that will be given to you by our customer service.

Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we shall notify you by e-mail of the approval or the rejection of your return request. In the event of approval:

• The refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days.

• Where the initial payment was made by bank card, a processing fee of up to 2.5% will be deducted from the amount refunded.
