This product is covered for 2 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

What is the image quality of the Tapo C100 camera?
It records in Full HD 1080p (2 MP), for clear, sharp images that make identification easier, even at a distance. H.264 compression optimises storage space.
Can the Tapo C100 camera rotate to cover an entire room?
No. The Tapo C100 is a fixed camera (no pan or tilt motor) with a field of view of approximately 115°. For 360° rotating coverage, choose a pan/tilt model such as the Tapo C210.
Does the Tapo C100 work at night?
Yes, thanks to its infrared night vision (850 nm), which provides visibility up to approximately 9 metres in the dark.
Can you communicate through the Tapo C100 camera?
Yes. It offers two-way audio via a built-in microphone and speaker, so you can talk to your family or pets. A sound and light alarm can also deter intruders.
What memory card does the Tapo C100 accept, and is it included?
It accepts a microSD card up to 128 GB (approximately 384 hours / 16 days of footage). The card is not included and must be purchased separately.
Can the Tapo C100 be used as a webcam for video conferencing?
Yes, according to the manufacturer it is compatible with Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Skype, in addition to its role as an indoor security camera.
How do you protect your privacy with the Tapo C100?
It has a privacy mode that stops monitoring on demand, secure local storage on a microSD card and 128-bit AES encryption with SSL/TLS.
How is the Tapo C100 camera powered?
It runs on mains power via a supplied 9V adapter with a 3-metre cable (100-240 V input). It is not a battery-powered camera; it is intended for indoor use (0 to 40 °C).
Is the Tapo C100 easy to set up?
Yes. Setup and management are done via the free Tapo app, over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. You can receive notifications, review clips and set detection zones.
Is the Tapo C100 camera new and under warranty, and where can I see its datasheet?
