1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

What is the image quality of the Tapo C210 camera?
It records in 2K 3 MP (resolution 2304 × 1296 pixels), for sharp, detailed images, far more precise than a standard 1080p camera. H.264 compression optimises storage space.
Can the Tapo C210 cover an entire room?
Yes. It is pan and tilt: 360° horizontal rotation and approximately 114° vertical tilt, controllable from the app. It also offers automatic motion tracking of the subject.
Does the Tapo C210 work in the dark?
Yes, thanks to its infrared night vision (850 nm), which provides visibility up to approximately 9 metres in complete darkness.
Can you talk through the Tapo C210 camera?
Yes. It has two-way audio (built-in microphone and speaker) with noise reduction, so you can communicate remotely with your family or pets. An 88 dB siren can also deter intruders.
What memory card does the Tapo C210 accept, and is it included?
It accepts a microSD card up to 512 GB for local recording. The card is not included: it must be purchased separately. Tapo Care cloud storage (by subscription) is also available.
Does the Tapo C210 send alerts when it detects motion?
Yes. It detects motion, people and even a baby crying, and sends notifications to your phone. You can set custom activity zones so that you only receive useful alerts.
How do you protect your privacy with the Tapo C210?
It offers a privacy mode that turns off monitoring on demand, blocking zones to mask areas, and SSL/TLS and AES encryption to secure communications.
Is the Tapo C210 compatible with voice assistants?
Yes, it works with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa for hands-free control.
Can the Tapo C210 be integrated with a third-party recorder or software?
Yes, it supports the ONVIF and RTSP protocols, which allows it to be paired with compatible NVRs or video surveillance software.
How is the Tapo C210 camera powered?
It runs on mains power via a supplied 9V DC adapter (100-240 V input). It is not a battery-powered camera: make sure there is a power outlet nearby. It is intended for indoor use (0 to 40 °C).

It connects over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n standard). Setup is easy via the free Tapo app.
