Delivery options

One rate, anywhere in Morocco, for a parcel up to 30 kg — from Tangier to Dakhla, your city makes no difference to the price. Above 30 kg, the rate follows the weight of the parcel. It is always shown in your basket before you confirm: that is where it counts, and it is the same as the one in the table above.

Delivery is free from 3,000 DH of purchases, on parcels up to 30 kg. As soon as your basket comes close, it tells you how much is left to reach it. Store pickup, for its part, is always free, whatever the order amount.

A few bulky products — large-format televisions, projection screens, professional monitors — call for a delivery surcharge: on their own they fill a vehicle that other parcels would share. This surcharge is shown on the product page and included in the amount displayed in the basket; it is charged per item. It remains due even above 3,000 DH of purchases, where only ordinary carriage is free. Store pickup remains free, including for these products.

We deliver anywhere in Morocco, Monday to Saturday, to the address you enter when ordering — your home or your company. The parcel is handed to you in person.

The rate is the same in every city: there is no longer a favoured zone, and no code to ask for. One thing is specific to Casablanca: the flat rate holds up to 120 kg, so a heavy parcel costs no more there than a standard one.

Choose pickup when you order: the delivery charges drop off the total. You are notified by email as soon as the order is ready.

The order is handed over in person, on presentation of an identity document. You can pay in cash at the counter at that point. Directions and map.

If someone else comes to collect the parcel on your behalf, they must bring their own identity document and yours. Full details of both points are on the pickup points page.

Downloadable software and licences are not shipped: they are sent to you by email, with no delivery charges, as soon as your payment is approved.

On these products, sending by email is the only method offered when you order — there is no parcel, no pickup and no cash on delivery. Simply check that the email address on your account is the right one.

Two periods add up: your order leaving us, then the carriage itself.

Dispatch. An order paid and validated before 4 pm from Monday to Friday, or before midday on Saturday, leaves the same day if the product is in stock; otherwise the next working day. This is where the payment method counts: by card, validation is immediate; by bank transfer or by payment at a branch, it happens only when the funds arrive.

Carriage. Then allow 1 to 3 working days depending on your city — neither Sundays nor public holidays count. The large cities are served every day, others on fixed rounds.

There is no guesswork: the estimated delivery date for your city appears on every product page, in the basket and when you choose your address.

One exception: products sourced from abroad, whose product page states “On order, 3 to 6 weeks”. That lead time replaces the dispatch time, and these products are paid for in advance.

As soon as your parcel leaves us, a consignment number is sent to you by email.
