Casablanca shop
Come and collect your parcel directly, or do your shopping, at our shop located at:
Résidence Manoir des Roses, 18, Boulevard El Hachmi El Filali (formerly Boulevard de Taddart), Rond-point Bachkou, Casablanca 20000.
Our shop is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
The parcel is handed over in person, once the delivery note has been signed and on presentation of an identity document.
Témara pickup point
You can also come and collect your parcel from our pickup point located at:
Boulevard Hassan II, Résidence Les Perles de Témara, Immeuble 5, appartement 2 (ground floor), Témara. (Near McDonald's and the Afriquia petrol station).
Open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm and then from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and on Saturday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.

Important information
If the person coming to collect the parcel is not the one who placed the order, the authorised person must bring:
- their own identity document,
- the identity document of the parcel's recipient.
For a quicker and more comfortable collection, we invite you to favour online payment by bank card.
Frequently asked questions
How do I choose store pickup?
At the time of the order, select the pickup point instead of a home delivery. The delivery charges then drop off the total. The other options are set out on the delivery page.
When can I come and fetch my order?
Wait for the notification telling you the order is ready — it reaches you by email, and the status is visible in your orders. Coming earlier will not save time if the product has not been prepared yet.
What should I bring?
Your order number and an identity document. If someone else collects on your behalf, provide a written authorisation and a copy of your identity document.
Can I pay on site?
Yes, in cash at the counter if you chose that means of payment when ordering. The other possibilities are described on the payment methods page.
