1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

What graphics card length does the MAG FORGE 120A accept?
330 mm. This is the first clearance to check: a current high-end card often exceeds this length, so measure yours before choosing this case.
What CPU cooler height does this case allow?
160 mm. That is the limit for an air cooler: beyond it, the side panel no longer closes. Large tower coolers often exceed this height.
How many fan positions does this case offer?
Eight: three at the front, two on top, one at the rear and two on the power supply shroud. Auto-RGB fans are preinstalled, connected to a control board operated from the front panel.
Do you need software to control this case's lighting?
No: the Auto-RGB fans are pre-programmed and connected to a control board. A button on the front panel turns the lighting on or off, without going through the motherboard.
What water cooling can be fitted in the MAG FORGE 120A?
A 240 mm AiO at most. Beyond that, you need to look at a case designed for a 360 mm radiator: the limitation comes from the space available at the front.
How many drives can be installed in this case?
Two layouts to choose from: five 2.5-inch drives, or three 2.5-inch plus two 3.5-inch. The 3.5-inch bays are the ones for mechanical hard drives.
How thick is the side glass of this case?
4 mm. MSI highlights this thickness for the panel's durability — it is also what explains the empty case's weight of 6 kg.
What power supply fits in the MAG FORGE 120A?
A power supply up to 200 mm long. Measure the depth of the unit you plan to reuse: it is this dimension, not its wattage, that decides whether it fits in the case.
Which motherboards does this case accept?
ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX. ATX is the format of standard tower motherboards: this mid-tower case accepts all three.
What is on the front panel of the MAG FORGE 120A?
One USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, the power button, the reset button and the LED lighting button.
