1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Which motherboards does the MAG FORGE M100A accept?
Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX only. A full-size ATX motherboard does not fit in this case: it is the first thing to check.
What graphics card length does this case accept?
300 mm. That is short: many mid-range and high-end graphics cards exceed this dimension. Measure yours before choosing this compact format.
How many fans are supplied with the MAG FORGE M100A?
Four preinstalled Auto-RGB fans — three at the front, one at the rear — out of six mounts in total. The two remaining places are at the top.
What water cooling can be fitted in this case?
A 120 or 240 mm radiator, at the front or on top, and 120 mm at the rear. A 360 mm does not fit in this micro-tower format.
What CPU cooler height does the M100A accept?
160 mm. That is enough for most mid-range air coolers, but not for large dual towers of 165 mm and above.
What is the side panel of the MAG FORGE M100A made of?
Acrylic, not tempered glass: MSI presents it as lightweight and hard to break. It is a choice of robustness in transport rather than of finish.
What is on the front panel of the MAG FORGE M100A?
Two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A and a combo audio jack. There is no Type-C port on this entry-level model.
What are the dimensions of the MAG FORGE M100A?
388 mm deep, 200 mm wide and 423 mm high. It is a real space saver compared with a mid-tower, at the cost of limits on graphics card length.
Is the dust filter on this case removable?
Yes, it is magnetic and removable: it comes off in one movement for cleaning, without dismantling the case or unscrewing anything.
