1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What is the triple-chamber design of the AIR 5400?
A dedicated space for each group of components: processor, graphics card and motherboard on one side, power supply, cables and storage on the other. The hot zones are isolated, and assembly is simplified as a result.
What does the dual-duct airflow offer?
Two air ducts channel fresh air directly to the heart of the graphics card, instead of letting it disperse inside the case. That is the point on which Corsair bases this model.
How do the glass panels of the AIR 5400 open?
Outwards, on hinges. Two curved panels meet at the corner of the chassis and open like doors, with the hinges remaining invisible once closed.
Does this case accept reverse-connector motherboards?
Yes, those from ASUS, MSI and GIGABYTE. The cables plug in at the back of the tray, which allows a build with no visible cables behind the glass.
Where are the fans supplied with the AIR 5400 located?
In the lower part of the chassis: three 120 mm RS-R ARGB fans with a reverse rotor, which daisy-chain and connect to the PWM and +5V RGB headers on the motherboard.
Is there a risk of the graphics card sagging in this case?
No: the stabilisation arm is included, adjustable to suit different cards, and it disappears once the card is installed — the support cannot be seen.
How do the cables pass from one chamber to another?
Through nylon brushes placed between the chambers: they let the cables through without leaving a visible opening, which preserves the clean look of the build.
What water cooling can be fitted in the AIR 5400?
A radiator of up to 360 mm. The triple-chamber architecture reserves a volume of its own for it, away from the power supply and storage.
Is this Corsair AIR 5400 RS-R ARGB case new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new Corsair product, reference CC-9011318-WW, barcode 840440406556, in black. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Keep it in case a defect is found.
