1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many LEDs does the Corsair iCUE 5000T have?
208 in total: 160 RGB LEDs built into the front, top and bottom panels, plus 48 LEDs spread across the three supplied fans. The lighting therefore does not depend on the fans alone.
Which fans are supplied with the 5000T RGB?
Three LL120 RGB fans, each with 16 individually addressable LEDs and PWM control from 600 to 1,500 rpm. The additional fans shown in the images are sold separately.
Which graphics card fits in the iCUE 5000T?
Up to 450 mm in length, and the CPU cooler can reach 190 mm in height. These are the two most generous clearances in the category: very few components are cramped in it.
How many fans does this case accept?
Ten 120 mm fans, or four 140 mm fans. The mounts have enlarged cut-outs that let you choose the exact position of each fan.
Can two 360 mm radiators be mounted in this case?
Yes: one 360 mm at the top and a second 360 mm at the front or on the side. The permitted thickness differs: up to 60 mm of fans at the front or on the side, 85 mm at the top.
How is the lighting of the iCUE 5000T controlled?
Via the supplied COMMANDER CORE XT controller and the iCUE software. It is this pairing that synchronises the case's 208 LEDs with the rest of a Corsair setup.
Which motherboards does the iCUE 5000T accept?
ATX, Micro-ATX and E-ATX. E-ATX is the extended format of workstation motherboards: it does not fit in every mid-tower.
How many drives can be installed in this case?
Two 3.5-inch drives and three 2.5-inch drives. Enough to combine a system SSD, games SSDs and a mechanical backup drive.
Is this Corsair iCUE 5000T RGB case new and under warranty?
Yes, it is a new Corsair product, reference CC-9011230-WW, barcode 0840006645160. The invoice serves as the warranty document, for 1 year. Keep it in case a defect is found.
