This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can the LOQ 15IRX9 handle recent games in Full HD?
Yes. The GeForce RTX 3050 6 GB is pushed to 95 W here, well above the versions limited to 45 or 60 W found in thinner chassis. Paired with the Core i7-13650HX and the 144 Hz display, it targets Full HD at high settings. DLSS helps maintain the frame rate in the most demanding titles.
Can the RAM be upgraded?
Yes, up to 32 GB. The machine has two DDR5 SO-DIMM slots, both occupied, each by a 12 GB module. Moving to 32 GB therefore means replacing both modules, not adding one. The memory runs in dual-channel mode, which matters for graphics performance.
Is there room left for a second SSD?
Yes. The chassis has two M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 x4 slots. The supplied 512 GB SSD occupies the first one in the short M.2 2242 form factor, leaving the second completely free for an additional drive, up to 1 TB. No complex disassembly is required.
Is the display G-SYNC compatible?
Yes. The 15.6-inch Full HD IPS panel is NVIDIA G-SYNC compatible with a 144 Hz refresh rate. Adaptive sync eliminates screen tearing without resorting to conventional vertical sync, and therefore without the latency it adds. The panel covers 100% of the sRGB colour space at 300 nits.
Is the keyboard in French?
Yes, it is a French AZERTY layout and it is white-backlit. The 75 × 120 mm precision touchpad supports Windows multi-finger gestures. The supplied operating system is also in French: Windows 11 Home Single Language.
What connectivity does it offer?
Three 5 Gbps USB-A ports, one 10 Gbps USB-C port that handles DisplayPort 1.4 video output and charging up to 100 W, one HDMI 2.1 port capable of 8K at 60 Hz, a 3.5 mm headphone/microphone jack and a Gigabit Ethernet port. Wireless connectivity is Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2.
What is its battery life, and how is it charged?
The battery is 60 Wh and the laptop comes with a 170 W adapter with a Slim Tip connector, needed to power the processor and the graphics card under full load. The USB-C port also accepts 65 to 100 W charging, handy on the move but not enough for gaming.
Is it too heavy to carry around?
It weighs 2.38 kg and is 21.9 to 23.9 mm thick: it is a 15-inch gaming laptop that can be carried every day in a bag, but not an ultraportable. The 170 W power adapter adds noticeable weight, which you should take into account if you travel often.
