Where do I find my SDTM tracking number?
On the SDTM waybill, under the barcode.
Shipment or declaration number, most often 10 digits. Example: 9206013292
Understanding SDTM tracking statuses
- Enlèvement
- The parcel has been collected from the sender.
- Transit
- The parcel is moving between two of SDTM's 36 sites.
- Mise en livraison
- The parcel has been handed to the day's delivery round.
- Livraison
- The parcel has been handed to the recipient.
- Retour
- Delivery failed; the parcel is going back to the sender.
SDTM delivery times
SDTM handles 4 million parcels a year across 36 sites. Allow 24 to 48 hours on the main routes, up to 72 hours to remote areas.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I find my SDTM shipment number?
It is printed on the waybill, under the barcode. The sender can find it again in their SDTM account if it has been lost.
Does SDTM deliver to the door?
Yes, SDTM offers home delivery as well as branch collection, for shipments from 1 kg to 5 tonnes.
My SDTM number returns no result.
SDTM only keeps shipments for a limited time after delivery: an old parcel may no longer come up. Check as well that no character has been left out.
Can I track a palletised SDTM shipment?
Yes. Tracking is based on the declaration number, whatever the volume — from a small parcel to a full pallet.
