1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

A microphone you can orient

The boom rotates through 360°: you place it on the side you prefer, at the right distance from the mouth. The omnidirectional microphone includes noise reduction that brings the voice forward.

Light for the whole day

The semi-open earcups rest on the ear without pressing it, the cushions are memory foam and the headband adjusts. A volume control is built in.

It connects with a 3.5 mm jack, the standard format of laptops, phones and many desktop PCs. It suits any device with a combined 3.5 mm headset-microphone socket. No driver is needed: the headset is recognised as soon as it is plugged in, for calls as well as music. It weighs 105 g and its headband adjusts in length.
Does the microphone of the Rapoo H101 filter ambient noise?
Yes, its omnidirectional microphone includes noise reduction that brings the voice forward during calls and video conferences. It is mounted on a boom that rotates through 360° to place it as close as possible to the mouth. The headset itself has no active noise cancellation on the earcups.
