How effective is the noise cancellation in practice?
The adaptive hybrid ANC achieves up to 43 dB of attenuation, combining active cancellation and physical isolation. A dedicated AI-assisted chip separates ambient noise in real time, and three ANC modes let you choose between full isolation and awareness on public transport.
Can you listen to them wired, and with which cable?
Yes, through the USB-C port, which serves for both charging and audio input, and which supports Hi-Res. The USB-C to USB-C cable is included to connect them to a phone, tablet or computer; this port takes the place of a headphone jack.
Is the wireless sound really high-resolution, and is there any lag with video?
The headphones decode LDAC at 96 kHz/24-bit up to 990 kbps and are Hi-Res Audio certified, which limits losses during transmission. Latency drops to 80 ms thanks to Bluetooth 5.4, and a dedicated game mode is available in the app.
Can they stay connected to two devices at the same time?
Yes. The dual connection keeps two devices paired simultaneously — a computer and a phone, for example — and lets you switch from one to the other without pairing again. The AAC and SBC codecs are also supported, in addition to LDAC, to remain compatible with all sources.
What can you adjust from the Ugreen app?
8 EQ presets, the 3 ANC modes, game mode, dual connection, Hi-Res and spatial sound effects, as well as the remaining battery level. It is also where you customise your own sound profile, without using the controls on the headphones.
