This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the WH125's “noise-cancelling” microphone an active system?
No: the microphone's noise reduction is passive. A single unidirectional microphone at the end of a boom picks up your voice at close range. Its frequency response, 100 Hz – 10 kHz, matches the range of speech, with a sensitivity of -46 dBV/Pa.
Is this headset certified for Microsoft Teams or Zoom?
It is compatible with Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, Slack, Cisco Jabber, Rainbow and Amazon Chime, and holds Works With Chromebook certification. However, it does not hold the Teams- or Zoom-specific certifications: it works with these tools, without the testing programme that comes with a certification.
Do you need to install a driver or software?
No: plugged in via USB-A, it works immediately on Windows 11 and 10, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS. Volume, microphone mute and audio mute are adjusted with the inline controls, right on the cable.
Can the mic boom be switched to the other side for a left-handed user?
Yes: it rotates through 270° and can be placed on either the left or the right. The same headset therefore suits right-handed and left-handed users alike, which simplifies equipping a fleet of shared workstations.
How long is the cable, and how do you store the excess?
2.10 m, enough to reach a tower on the floor without pulling on the USB plug. A Cord Storage clip is provided to wind up the unused length; the volume and mute controls, for their part, are placed inline on this same cable.
Do the ear cushions surround the ear or rest on it?
They rest on the ear: the WH125 is on-ear, with faux leather ear cushions and an adjustable plastic headband. This design accounts for its 125 g including the cable, designed for daily wear throughout the working day.
Can you also listen to music with this Dell headset?
Yes: the 27 mm drivers cover 20 Hz – 20 kHz in stereo, with a sensitivity of 117 dB (±3 dB) and a signal-to-noise ratio of 61 dB. Its intended uses cover meetings, voice calls and music.
Is the Dell WH125 headset new and under warranty?
Yes: the headset is new and genuine, supplied in black in its original packaging with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year. It measures 155 × 168.6 × 59.8 mm and weighs 125 g.
