This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Logitech H390 connect via Bluetooth or only by cable?
Only by cable. The H390 is a wired headset connected through a single USB-A connector. It is plug and play: no driver to install, no battery to charge, no pairing to redo before a meeting.
Can you adjust the volume and mute the mic without going through the computer?
Yes. An in-line control unit on the cable brings together volume adjustment and a mic mute button, without opening the system settings. It is the detail that matters in a call centre or on a video call, when you need to go quiet in a second.
Does the mic boom get in the way when you are not using it?
No: the boom adjusts and folds away, so you swing it up out of the way as soon as the call ends. It is a noise-cancelling boom mic, which removes background noise for clear conversations.
Is it comfortable to wear for several hours in a row?
It is made for long days of calls: only 197 g, an adjustable headband and swivelling faux leather ear cushions that settle onto the ear by themselves. It is an on-ear design: the ear cushions rest on the ear without enclosing it.
Is the 1.9 m cable enough for a standard workstation?
Yes. 1.9 m leaves some slack between a tower on the floor and your head: you can stand up and stretch during a call without unplugging. With a laptop in front of you, the control unit falls naturally to hand.
Does the H390 work with a Chromebook and a Mac, or only on Windows?
All three. It is supported on Windows, macOS and ChromeOS, and is Works With Chromebook certified: it is recognised as soon as it is plugged in, with nothing to configure. The same headset can therefore go with you from one computer to another.
Does this headset carry verifiable environmental labels?
Yes: the H390 holds CarbonNeutral and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certifications. Two concrete references to cite if your company applies sustainable purchasing criteria or bids for public tenders.
Is the headset new, and how long is the warranty?
It is new and sealed in its original packaging, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The reference to check on the back of the box is 981-001286, the white version with a USB-A connector; the user guide is included.
