1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which port does the Logitech H390, reference 981-001281, plug into?
A USB-A port, the classic rectangular port on a desktop computer. The H390 also comes in USB-C under another reference: the headset is identical, only the cable's connector changes. Check the free ports on your computer before choosing.
Do you need to install a driver to get the H390 working?
No. You plug it in, the computer recognises the headset as an audio device and the call can begin. This applies on Windows, macOS and Chromebook, where the headset is Works With Chromebook certified.
Is the H390 microphone on the left or the right side?
On the left side. The rigid boom can be positioned in front of your mouth to pick up your voice at close range, and folds back along the headset when no longer in use. Kept on that side, it stays clear of the hand holding the mouse.
Does the H390's noise-cancelling mic remove the noise around me?
It reduces background noise for the person you are talking to: the mic is noise-cancelling and works over the 100 Hz – 10 kHz range, the range of speech. For you, attenuation comes from the ear cushions resting on your ears, as the headset has no active noise cancellation.
Can you adjust the volume without touching the computer?
Yes, the controls are built into the cable: volume and mic mute are adjusted with a finger, without interrupting the call or hunting for the slider on screen. It is the reflex that saves a meeting when a colleague walks into the office.
How long is the Logitech H390 cable?
1.9 m, enough to stand up and stretch during a long conversation, even with a tower under the desk. Beyond that range, you should look at a wireless headset.
Is the H390 suitable for listening to music between meetings?
Yes. Its 30 mm drivers cover 20 Hz to 20 kHz in music mode, against 100 Hz to 10 kHz in talk mode: the sound widens as soon as the headset leaves the vocal range.
Is the headset comfortable over long days of calls?
The padded headband is adjustable and the faux leather ear cushions swivel to follow the angle of the ear. The headset is rated at 197 g, a weight spread across the head rather than concentrated on one point.
Is this Logitech H390 USB new and under warranty?
Yes, new in its original Logitech packaging, with your invoice serving as the warranty document for 1 year. Its design also includes 54% post-consumer recycled plastic in the black colourway, excluding electronics, cables and packaging.
