This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this version of the Logitech H390 really connect via USB-C?
Yes, reference 981-001576 is the USB-C version of the H390: it plugs straight into a recent laptop, with no adapter or driver. The H390 also comes in a USB-A version; what distinguishes the two references is the cable's connector, not the headset.
Can the mic boom be tucked away when not in use?
Yes. The boom, on the left side, rotates and folds back along the headset when you are not on a call. It can also be positioned in front of your mouth to capture your voice as well as possible when the meeting starts.
Can you mute the mic without going through the video conferencing app?
Yes, the controls are on the cable: mic mute and volume adjustment are at your fingertips, without leaving the window you are in. It is the gesture that saves you hunting for the right button on screen when someone walks into the room.
Does the 1.9 m cable give enough freedom of movement during a call?
Yes. The 1.9 m cable leaves enough room to stand up, stretch or grab a document during a long conversation, even when the tower is on the floor. Beyond that radius, you need to move to a wireless headset.
Does the Logitech H390 work with a Chromebook?
Yes, it is Works With Chromebook certified, and also works on Windows and macOS. No installation is required: the headset is recognised as an audio device as soon as it is plugged in.
Is the H390's audio quality also suitable for music?
The 30 mm drivers cover 20 Hz to 20 kHz in music mode, against 100 Hz to 10 kHz in talk mode: the frequency response widens towards the bass and treble as soon as the headset is no longer used for calls.
197 g on your head: is it comfortable all day?
The headband is adjustable and padded, and the swivelling faux leather ear cushions rest on the ear, following its angle. The 197 g is therefore spread across the head rather than pressing on a single point.
Does the Logitech H390 contain recycled plastic?
Yes: 54% post-consumer recycled plastic in the black colourway, excluding electronics, cables, printed circuit board and packaging. The packaging is FSC-certified and the product's stated footprint is 4.78 kg CO2e.
Is this Logitech H390 USB-C headset new and under warranty?
