1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Blackwire 3320 plug into a computer without a USB-C port?
Yes. The cable is USB-C with a built-in USB-A adapter: it is not a separate part to store or lose, but part of the cable itself. The same headset therefore moves from a recent laptop to an older desktop.
Can the Blackwire 3320 be connected to a mobile phone?
Its connection is USB, Type-C or Type-A: it is designed for computers. In the Poly range, it is the 3.5 mm jack on the Blackwire 3315 and 3325 that opens the door to phones and tablets.
What does the Microsoft Teams button on the Blackwire 3320 do?
It gives instant access to the Teams app: one press is enough to join the meeting, without hunting for the window or the right button on screen. It is the Microsoft Teams certified version of the Blackwire 3300 that has it.
Does the Blackwire 3320 protect your ears from sudden loud sounds?
Yes: SoundGuard technology limits sounds to below 118 dBA. The SoundGuard Digital functions, which analyse the incoming level more finely, do however require the Poly Lens app installed on the computer.
Where does the control unit sit on the Blackwire 3320 cable?
At 65.8 cm from the headset, on a cable 2.18 m long in total: the module sits at chest height. It has answer and end call, mic mute and volume, within easy reach without taking your eyes off the screen.
Does the Blackwire 3320 mic pick up conversations around me?
It is noise-cancelling, mounted on a flexible 135 mm boom that rotates through 280°: placed in front of your mouth, it favours your voice. Its frequency response covers 100 Hz to 10 kHz, the useful range of speech, with a signal-to-noise ratio above 24 dB.
Does the headset fit all heads well?
The two speakers rotate through 180° to sit properly on each ear, the headband is padded and the ear cushions are faux leather. At 131 g, it is this fit that matters most over a day of calls.
Do you need to install software to use the Blackwire 3320?
No, it is recognised as soon as it is plugged in, on Windows 10 as on macOS. The Poly Lens app then comes in for device fleet management, settings and enabling the SoundGuard Digital functions.
What is in the box of the POLY Blackwire 3320?
The headset and its user guide. The USB-A adapter is not listed as a separate accessory for a simple reason: it is built into the headset's cable, so it is always with it.
Is the Blackwire 3320 also suitable for listening to music?
Its 32 mm speakers cover 20 Hz to 20 kHz, the entire audible range, with an impedance of 32 ohms. The headset remains built for the voice, but it is not limited to the speech range once the meeting is over.
