This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the Snom A330D connect via 3.5 mm jack or USB?
Both, and that is what sets it apart. The headset ends in a 3.5 mm jack that plugs into the remote control, which in turn carries a USB 2.0 Type-A cable. You therefore connect to an IP desk phone via the jack, or to the computer via USB.
Which Snom IP phones is the A330D listed as compatible with?
Snom lists the D315, D335, D385 and D385N, D715, D717, D735, D785 and D785N, D862 and D865, as well as the C300 wireless conference speakerphone. Check the model number printed under your phone before ordering.
How long is the Snom A330D cable?
2.4 m in total, split into 1.4 m from the headset to the remote control and 0.95 m from the remote control to the USB connector. The remote control therefore hangs at desk height, where your hand finds it without looking.
What can you do from the in-line remote control?
It has five physical keys: mute, volume +, volume −, talk and busy light. Three LEDs show their status, including red for mute mode and green for an open line.
How can you see at a glance that the microphone is muted?
A red LED lights up on the mic boom, within your field of vision. The headset also has a red and green two-colour LED on the right ear cup, which shows your call status to colleagues.
Can the ear cushions of the A330D be replaced?
Yes, they are stated to be replaceable: soft, filled with memory foam and adjustable on 3 axes. The padded headband, for its part, offers 35 mm of length adjustment.
How much does the headset weigh, including the remote control?
220 g for the headset and 66 g for the remote control, which rests on the desk or clips onto clothing. It is the first figure that matters for comfort over a full day.
How does the microphone handle office noise?
Through passive noise reduction: the boom, flexible and rotating through 270°, sits as close as possible to the mouth and picks up 100 Hz to 10 kHz. Most background noise from the surroundings is thus kept away from the person you are talking to.
What does the full-band audio of this headset bring?
Its two 40 mm speakers cover 20 Hz to 20 kHz, the entire audible spectrum, with transmission compliant with ETSI wideband. The USB sound card built into the remote control handles the digital conversion.
Which video conferencing software does the A330D work with?
Snom names Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, Skype and 3CX, on PC as well as Mac. Call functions, mute and presence status are controlled from the remote control, whatever the platform.
