1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the Micro SD card supplied with the headphones?
No. The box contains the headphones, the USB charging cable, the audio cable and a quick guide: the card must be bought separately. The reader accepts Micro SD cards up to 128 GB, formatted in exFAT, FAT or FAT32, and then plays music without going through Bluetooth.
Which files does the card reader play, and can you browse its folders?
It plays MP3 and WAV files, with folder navigation and shuffle play. So you can organise your music by album or artist on the card and find that folder structure using the headphones' multifunction buttons, with no phone or app.
Do you need a phone or an internet connection to listen to FM radio?
No, the FM radio is built into the headphones and works without a smartphone, with automatic station search. The headphones also keep their Bluetooth 5.3 connection for music from your phone.
Can you listen via cable, on a device without Bluetooth?
Yes. An audio cable with a 3.5 mm jack plug is included: the headphones can then be connected to a computer, a hi-fi system or a TV, and this wired listening does not use the battery.
Are they suitable for watching films on a TV?
They are listed as compatible with Macs, Windows PCs, smartphones, tablets and TVs, with a stated latency below 170 ms over Bluetooth. If this lag between picture and sound bothers you during a long viewing, the supplied jack cable avoids the wireless connection.
Do the headphones press on the ears during long sessions?
This is an over-ear model: the cushions cover the whole ear instead of resting on it, with a padded, extendable headband designed for hours of comfort. At 167 g, they stay light, and their folding system makes them easy to store.
How long does the battery last and how is it recharged?
Up to 16 hours of listening with the 400 mAh lithium-polymer battery, recharged in 1 h 30 via USB-C. The charging cable is in the box; the mains adapter, however, is not included — you can use the one from your phone.
What makes these headphones more environmentally friendly?
Their shell is made of GRS-certified 100% recycled plastic, and their packaging materials are FSC-certified.
Can you answer a call without taking the headphones off?
Yes. The mic is built in and multifunction buttons manage calls as well as the playlist, without taking the smartphone out of your pocket; the Google or Siri voice assistant is triggered the same way. The mic covers 100 Hz – 10 kHz, the voice range.
Are these Energy Sistem Radio Color headphones new and under warranty?
Yes: new and sealed headphones in their original packaging, supplied with their invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The wireless connection is Bluetooth 5.3, with a stated range of 20 metres and 40 mm drivers at 32 Ω.
