1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What exactly does the in-line remote do?
It has a single button, which controls music playback and lets you answer or end calls using the built-in microphone. One press is all it takes to pause the music when someone speaks to you.
Do you need to pair them or install an app?
No. These are wired earbuds with a universal 3.5 mm jack: plug them into a smartphone, tablet or computer and they work straight away, with no pairing or app.
Which ear tips are supplied with the JBL Tune 110?
Three sizes of ear tips are included: S, M and L. Take the time to try all three — this is what determines how well they stay in your ear and how comfortable they are over time.
Does the cable get tangled at the bottom of a bag?
No: the cable is flat and tangle-free, designed precisely for that. It measures 1.11 m and the whole set weighs just 12.7 g — a length designed for a phone kept in your pocket, but a little short for a tower on the floor.
Can you answer a call without taking your phone out of your pocket?
Yes. A microphone is built into the cable, level with the remote, and hands-free calling is supported: you answer with a press of the button. They work the same way on a computer with a 3.5 mm jack.
What do the 9 mm Pure Bass drivers actually deliver?
They are 9 mm drivers tuned to the JBL Pure Bass signature, with a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, 96 dB sensitivity and 16 ohm impedance. The sound is geared towards deep, powerful bass rather than neutrality.
What exactly is in the box?
A pair of JBL Tune 110 earbuds, a set of S, M and L ear tips, a safety warning card and the warranty card. Everything you need to use them straight away, with no accessories to buy.
Are the JBL Tune 110 earbuds new and under warranty?
Yes, new and sealed in their original packaging, with a 1-year warranty for which the invoice serves as proof. The JBL warranty card is supplied in the box: keep it with your invoice, as these are the two documents requested in the event of a warranty claim.
