1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

What does the built-in converter of the EasyPods Type-C bring?
It is what sets these earphones apart from a simple cable with a USB-C plug: the digital-to-analogue converter is built into the earphones, rather than borrowed from the phone. The signal stays digital all the way, which explains the HD sound claimed.
Do they work on a phone without a headphone jack?
Yes, that is what they are for: the plug is USB-C and connects directly to a smartphone, tablet or laptop with this port. No adapter to buy, no latency to put up with.
Do they need pairing or charging?
Neither. These earphones are wired: no battery to keep an eye on, no pairing to redo, no risk of finding them flat at the wrong moment. They are always ready to use, which makes them an excellent complement to wireless earbuds.
How long is the EasyPods cable?
120 cm. That is long enough to keep your phone in a jacket pocket or bag, or to leave it next to a laptop without the wire tugging at your ears every time you move.
Do these earphones have active noise cancellation?
No. Isolation comes from the in-ear design, which fits the ear canal to provide acoustic isolation. It is passive noise reduction: it uses no power and works as soon as you plug in, but it depends on the earphones sitting correctly in your ear.
Can you answer a call without taking out your phone?
Yes. The microphone is built into the cable, along with a playback remote to control music and calls. A press also summons your phone's voice assistant, so you don't have to unlock it for a simple command.
