This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do the JBL Tune 310C plug into any USB-C device?
They are stated to be compatible with PCs, mobile devices and gaming systems that have a USB-C port. The manufacturer does, however, advise checking your device's USB-C compatibility: not all ports handle audio output in the same way.
Can you change the EQ from the cable?
Yes, which is rare on wired earphones: the three-button remote gives access to three presets — Default, Bass and Vocal. You can switch from a music profile to a podcast profile without touching your phone or installing an app.
What does the Hi-Res certification mean on these earphones?
It relates to the extent of the frequency range reproduced: the stated response goes up to 40 kHz, twice the limit of human hearing, compared with 20 kHz on conventional earphones. This is what earns the Tune 310C its high-resolution audio label.
What can you do with the three-button remote?
Adjust the volume, control playback, switch between EQ presets and answer calls using the built-in microphone. It is all on the cable, so your phone can stay in your pocket for the whole journey.
Does the cable get tangled at the bottom of a bag?
It is flat and described as durable, precisely so that it does not form knots, even at the bottom of a bag. A flat cable does not coil around itself the way a round cable does: it is the most effective defence against the knot that forms in three seconds and takes three minutes to undo.
Is there active noise cancellation on the Tune 310C?
No. Noise reduction comes from the in-ear design and the ear tip, which seals the ear canal. This passive isolation uses no power and works as soon as you plug in, but its effectiveness depends entirely on choosing the right size from the three supplied.
What's in the box of the JBL Tune 310C?
A pair of earphones, three sizes of ear tips, a warranty and warning booklet, and a quick start guide with the safety sheet. Nothing else is needed: the USB-C cable is part of the earphones.
How do the Tune 310C measure up technically?
9 mm dynamic drivers, 16 ohms of impedance, 98 dB of sensitivity at 1 kHz and a response of 20 Hz to 40 kHz, for 14.3 g on your ears. The stated maximum operating temperature is 45 °C.
