1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you change the EQ without going through your phone?
Yes, and that is rare on wired earphones: the three-button remote gives access to three presets — Default, Bass and Vocal. You switch from a music profile to a podcast profile at the press of a button, with no app to install.
Do these earphones work with a games console?
The USB-C connection is stated as compatible with PCs, mobiles and consoles. The manufacturer nevertheless advises checking your device's USB-C compatibility: not all ports handle audio output in the same way.
What does the Hi-Res certification on the Tune 310C mean?
It concerns the precision and range of reproduction: high-resolution audio delivers clear, detailed sound over a wide frequency response, beyond what an ordinary compressed file requires. It is a requirement on the whole chain, from the file to the earphone.
Does the flat cable really prevent tangles?
That is what it is for: the sturdy flat cable does not tangle, even at the bottom of a bag. A flat cable cannot twist around itself the way a round one does — it is the simplest answer to the knot that forms in three seconds.
Can you take a call with the Tune 310C?
Yes. A mic is built into the three-button remote, which also controls playback and volume. You answer on the go without taking your phone out, whether you are on a computer or a mobile.
Is there active noise cancellation?
No. Noise reduction comes solely from the in-ear design and the ear tip, which seals the ear canal. This passive isolation works as soon as you plug in and needs no battery, but it depends entirely on choosing the right size from the three supplied.
What is in the box of the blue JBL Tune 310C?
A pair of earphones and ear tips in three sizes. Nothing else is needed: the USB-C cable is an integral part of the earphones, so there is no charger or accessory to buy separately.
Are these JBL earphones new and under warranty?
