1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which phones and tablets do these USB-C earphones work with?
They are designed for recent mobile devices without a 3.5 mm headphone jack: all you need is a USB-C port, with no adapter. Compatibility is stated for Galaxy devices without a jack — Galaxy Fold, Note10, Tab S6…
Why choose USB-C earphones rather than a pair with a 3.5 mm jack?
Because the conversion happens in the earphones: a built-in DAC improves sound quality, and left/right channel separation is up to 10 times better than with 3.5 mm earphones. The soundstage gains in clarity.
Will the FM radio on my Galaxy work with these earphones?
Not on all models: the FM radio feature on the Galaxy A90 5G, A80 and on Galaxy devices bought in Korea may not work with Type-C earphones. If FM radio is one of your regular uses, check your model before ordering.
Do these earphones have active noise cancelling?
No, there is no active noise cancelling on this model. They are in-ear earphones supplied with ear tips in three sizes (S, M, L): try all three as soon as you unbox them, as the fit in your ear depends on it.
Can you answer a call and adjust the volume without taking out your phone?
Yes. The in-line remote has two volume buttons, which also handle rewind and fast forward, and one play/pause button, used to answer calls. The built-in microphone lets you answer calls, reject calls and mute the mic.
What is in the box besides the earphones?
Ear tips in three sizes (S, M, L) and a leaflet. The cable is braided, which stops the earphones getting tangled at the bottom of a bag or pocket, and the whole set weighs just 18.35 g.
Why are there two drivers per earphone on the AKG EO-IC100B?
Each earphone has two two-way drivers, 11 mm and 8 mm, tuned by AKG for clear, balanced sound. The frequency response covers 20 Hz to 20 kHz, at 32 Ω with 94.3 dB sensitivity.
Are these Samsung AKG earphones genuine and under warranty?
Yes: a new Samsung product, reference EO-IC100BWEGWW (EAN 8806090270031), supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year.
