1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

What is the battery life per earbud, and how much with the case?
4 hours of listening per charge in the earbuds, and 16 additional hours provided by the case, for 20 hours in total. The earbuds recharge in 1 hour, the case in 1 h 30 min over USB-C.
What latency do they claim for video and gaming?
Less than 200 ms, over Bluetooth 5.4 with the AAC and SBC codecs. Stated compatibility covers Windows PCs, Macs, smartphones, tablets and TVs, and the playback and volume controls are on the earbud.
Are these earbuds really made from recycled materials?
Yes, and it is certified: 100% recycled plastic, GRS-certified (Global Recycled Standard) for the earbuds, and FSC-certified cardboard packaging.
What shape are they, and do they stay securely in the ear?
They are earbud-style earphones, with a compact design built for comfort and a secure fit. Count on 31 g and a 50 × 45 × 25 mm case: the whole set slips into a shirt pocket.
What makes the difference in the sound of these StreetMusic?
The 13 mm dynamic driver, which delivers deep bass and clear sound across a range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, with an impedance of 16 Ω. The AAC and SBC codecs carry the signal over Bluetooth 5.4.
What's in the box, and is the supplied cable long?
The StreetMusic earbuds and a 30 cm USB Type-C cable: a short cable, intended for charging from a computer or a charger close by. The case charges fully in 1 h 30 min, the earbuds in 1 h.
Can you make calls with them and summon the voice assistant?
Yes. The built-in microphone allows calls in stereo in both ears, with a response of 100 Hz to 10 kHz and a sensitivity of -42 dB ±3 dB. Google Assistant or Siri can be triggered from the earbuds, as can playback and volume.
How far does the Bluetooth connection reach?
A stated 20 metres, over Class 2 Bluetooth 5.4 in the 2.4 GHz band, with the A2DP, AVRCP, HFP and HSP profiles. True Wireless Stereo technology also links the two earbuds to each other, with no wire at all.
Are these StreetMusic earbuds new and under warranty?
