1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many full recharges does the case provide before it needs plugging in?
The earbuds last 5 hours per charge and the case adds 17 more hours, i.e. just over three full recharges before you plug it back in, for 22 hours in total. The case recharges in 1 hour 30 minutes via USB-C, and the earbuds in 1 hour once placed back in their slots.
What exactly does the IPX4 rating of these earbuds protect against?
It covers sweat and splashing water: workouts, light rain, splashes. It is splash resistance, not protection against immersion — for running or the gym, it is the right rating.
Do the earbuds stay in place during a workout?
They are in-ear and supplied with three sizes of ear tips to choose from to adjust the fit. The whole set fits in 55 × 42 × 20 mm and weighs 46 g, and the playback and volume controls are on the earbud, so there is no need to take out your phone mid-workout.
During a call, do you hear the other person in both ears?
Yes, calls are in stereo: both earbuds remain active, linked to each other by True Wireless Stereo technology. The built-in mic covers 100 Hz – 10 kHz, the useful range of the voice, for clear hands-free conversations.
What comes with the Urban Beat earbuds?
The earbuds, their charging case and a USB Type-C cable. A mains charger is not included: the case recharges from any computer USB port or phone adapter. The ear tips can be chosen from the three sizes provided.
How far can you move away from your phone, and can you control everything from the earbuds?
The stated range is 20 metres over Bluetooth 5.3 (Class 2), enough to leave your phone in another room. The earbuds handle playback, volume and calling up the voice assistant, Google or Siri; the connection carries the AAC and SBC codecs.
What does Deep Bass technology really bring to these earbuds?
The bass comes from 10 mm dynamic drivers covering 20 Hz to 20 kHz, with harmonic distortion below 1%. It is the combination of this 10 mm driver and Deep Bass that delivers deep, powerful bass.
Are these Energy Sistem earbuds new and under warranty?
Yes: the product is new and sealed in its original packaging, supplied with its invoice, which serves as the warranty document for 1 year. The batteries are lithium-polymer — 35 mAh per earbud, 300 mAh for the case — rechargeable via USB-C.
