This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What is in the box of the Style 2 Coconut?
The Style 2 True Wireless earbuds, their charging case, a USB Type-C cable and a quick guide. Nothing else is needed: as the cable is included, the earbuds are ready to use after their first charge.
How many hours of playback do the Style 2 offer?
5 hours per charge in the earbuds, plus 15 hours in reserve in the case, for 20 hours in total. The case recharges in 1 hour 30 minutes via USB-C; the earbuds simply recharge when you put them back in it between listening sessions.
Do you have to pair each earbud separately?
No: the two earbuds sync with each other automatically, and you then pair them with your phone like any other Bluetooth device. A single step is enough, the first time you use them.
Does this model have active noise cancelling?
No. No electronics cancel outside noise: only the in-ear design, which seals the ear canal, reduces the surrounding sound. That is enough for a commute or a work session, less so for a long flight.
What is the Bluetooth range of the Style 2?
Up to 20 m over Bluetooth 5.0, with no obstacles. Enough to leave your phone on the desk and move around the room. The supported codecs are AAC and SBC, which covers iPhones as well as Android phones.
Do calls come through in one ear or in both?
In both: the built-in mic provides stereo calls, which is much more comfortable than a mono headset for a conversation that drags on. The HFP and HSP profiles handle hands-free calling on the phone side.
Can you skip tracks or call up the voice assistant from the earbud?
Yes, both: playback control and volume adjustment are available on the earbuds, and Google Assistant or Siri can be triggered the same way. Your phone can stay in your pocket from the start of your journey to the end.
What sound can you expect from 8 mm drivers?
8 mm dynamic drivers covering 20 Hz to 20 kHz, backed by Deep Bass technology, which boosts the low end without drowning out detail. A profile tuned for music and podcasts on the move, where the bass needs to cut through background noise.
Are the Style 2 Coconut new and under warranty?
