1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which devices can the EasyPods be plugged into?
Any device with a 3.5 mm jack audio output: smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. No pairing, no charging — just plug in and listen. Simply check that your phone still has a headphone jack.
What exactly does the button on the cable do?
It is a multi-function button: it lets you answer, end or reject a call, handle play and pause and activate your phone's voice assistant with a single press. The microphone is built into the same unit, on the cable.
Is there a battery to charge or pairing to do?
Neither: these earbuds are fully wired. No charging, no Bluetooth pairing, no battery that ages — they are always ready, which makes them a reliable backup to keep in a bag or a desk drawer. At 10 g, you forget they are there once they are in.
Do they reduce ambient noise?
Noise reduction is passive: the in-ear design follows the shape of the ear canal and blocks part of the outside noise, with no power or battery needed. Enough to enjoy music and videos in an everyday environment.
Is the in-line mic suitable for calls?
Yes: its frequency response covers 100 Hz to 10 kHz, with a sensitivity of -42 dB ± 3 dB, and the button lets you answer or end calls without taking out your phone. The 14 mm dynamic drivers, for their part, cover 20 Hz – 20 kHz.
Is the cable long enough for a desktop computer?
It measures 1.20 m, a length designed for a phone in your pocket or a laptop in front of you. For a tower on the floor, use the headphone jack on the front of the case instead, or a jack extension cable. The 3.5 mm plug is the standard size.
Are these Energy Sistem EasyPods earbuds new and under warranty?
Yes: they are new, in their original packaging, supplied with their invoice, which serves as the 1-year warranty document. They weigh 10 g and feature 14 mm dynamic drivers covering 20 Hz – 20 kHz, with an impedance of 32 ohms.
