What is the difference between hybrid noise cancellation and standard ANC?

Hybrid noise cancellation is rated at up to -35 dB, or 95% less outside noise. Hybrid means that microphones listen both outside and inside the ear, which makes it possible to also correct what has got past the ear tip.

Is the wireless charging pad included?

Yes, it is included in the box — which is rare at this price point. The case is Qi-compatible: you place it on the pad and it charges without a cable. The pad can also be used to charge a compatible phone.

How do calls work with the Serenity ANC Ultra?

Six microphones share the job of picking up your voice, and calls come through in stereo in both ears. That is twice as many as an entry-level model: enough to stay intelligible on a busy street without raising your voice.

How long do they last?

Up to 25 hours of battery life stated, enough to cover the day between music and calls. The case charges wirelessly on the supplied pad, or via the USB Type-C cable, also included.

What is in the box?

The Serenity ANC Ultra earbuds, the wireless charging pad, ear tips in three sizes — S, M and L — and a USB Type-C cable. Nothing else is needed, pad included.

Why do three ear tip sizes make a difference?

Because hybrid noise cancellation only reaches its full potential with a well-fitted ear tip: whatever does not get into the ear does not need cancelling. The S, M and L sizes supplied are therefore as much about the effectiveness of the ANC as about comfort.

Are they sweat-resistant?

Yes: they are certified IPX4, resistant to splashes and sweat. A workout or a rain shower on a journey will not trouble them, although the rating does not cover immersion.

What are they made of?

100% recycled GRS-certified plastic, with sustainable FSC-certified packaging. Two verifiable labels — the first guarantees the traceability of the recycled material, the second the origin of the cardboard.

Are these Energy Sistem earbuds new and under warranty?

Yes, new and genuine, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for 1 year. The connection uses Bluetooth 5.4, described as offering maximum stability, and this model comes in navy.
