This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the sound out of sync when I watch a video or play a game?
The StyleBuds have a low-latency mode, designed to keep picture and sound in sync for streaming as well as gaming. This is precisely the shortcoming Bluetooth is criticised for, and the point this model was designed to address.
How long does the battery last on the StyleBuds?
Up to 25 h in total, including the charging case. The case is compact, slips into a pocket and quickly recharges the earbuds via USB-C: one charge in the evening is enough to cover several days of commuting.
Does the advertised noise reduction affect what I hear?
No: it works on transmission. The noise-reducing microphone cleans up what the person you are talking to hears during a call, even in a lively environment; it does not reduce street noise on your side.
Can I take them to the gym?
Yes: they are rated IPX4, protected against sweat and water splashes from any direction. The X only means that dust resistance has not been tested.
What does the ESmart Connect app do?
It lets you customise your listening and helps you locate the earbuds when you cannot find them. It is the kind of feature you only need once — but that day, it saves you turning an entire bag inside out.
What sound profile do these earbuds have?
A Deep Bass profile, with strong, present bass. It is a deliberate signature, tailored for modern music on the move, where the bass has to cut through the background noise rather than stay neutral.
Is there a wire between the two earbuds?
No, none: these are two completely independent earbuds, on Bluetooth 5.4, which pair instantly as soon as you open the case. Nothing runs behind your neck or to the phone.
Are these Energy Sistem earbuds new and under warranty?
