1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Which devices can the Ugreen EP105 be plugged into?
Any device with a 3.5 mm jack: smartphone, tablet, computer, console, car radio, hi-fi system. It is the most universal connector there is, and the only one that still works without an adapter on both old and new equipment.
Do they need pairing or charging before use?
Neither. These earbuds are wired: no battery, no pairing, no updates. Plug them in and the sound is there immediately, even on the day when all the wireless earbuds in the house are flat.
Do the EP105 have active noise cancelling?
No for what you hear: noise reduction comes from the in-ear design and the silicone ear tips. The mic, however, does have noise reduction — it cleans up what the person you are talking to hears during a call. These are two different things.
Can the cable withstand everyday use in a bag?
It is sheathed in reinforced TPU, a flexible material chosen to withstand twisting and constant trips in and out of a pocket. This is what decides the lifespan of wired earbuds: failure almost always comes from the cable, rarely from the driver.
How good are 10 mm drivers on in-ear earbuds?
10 mm is a comfortable diameter for this format: a larger diaphragm moves more air, which delivers the deep bass advertised without crushing the treble. The aim is a balanced sound, for music as well as for dialogue in a video.
Can you manage your calls without taking out your phone?
Yes. An in-line remote is fitted on the cable: it answers and ends calls and controls playback. The noise-reducing mic takes care of the rest, which makes these earbuds usable for an impromptu video call from a laptop.
Do they stay in your ear when you walk?
The earbud body is angled at 45° to follow the natural angle of the ear canal, and the silicone ear tips keep them in place. This angle changes two things at once: stability when you move, and how much outside noise stays out.
Are these Ugreen earbuds new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for 1 year. The exact reference for this jack version is 35753: it is what identifies the product in the event of a warranty claim.
