This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How long do the Energy Sistem Sport 1+ last on a charge?
Up to 8 hours of music per charge, with a 100 mAh battery, and 1 hour 30 minutes to fully recharge. Eight hours easily covers a week of one-hour sessions: charge them on Sunday evening and forget about them until the next one.
What is in the box of the Energy Sistem Sport 1+?
The Sport 1+ earbuds, a USB Type-C cable and interchangeable ear cushions. Charging is therefore done directly via the cable; since Type-C is the connector used on recent phones, a single cable is enough when travelling.
Do they stay in place while running or at the gym?
That is what they are made for: the Secure-Fit system sits snugly in the ear and provides a hold that withstands movement. At 20 g on the scales, with interchangeable ear cushions to adjust the size, you end up forgetting about them during exercise.
Are they resistant to sweat and rain?
Yes: they are designed to withstand sweat and water splashes, even during the most demanding sessions. So you can finish a run in a downpour without worrying, and do one intense workout after another without having to go easy on the equipment.
Can you answer the phone mid-workout?
Yes. The built-in mic handles hands-free calls, and the Control Talk feature lets you answer or control your music without touching your phone. Voice control also calls up Google Assistant or Siri, which is useful when your hands are busy.
Can you use them with a computer or a TV?
Yes: they are stated to be compatible with Mac, Windows PCs, smartphones and TVs, provided the device has Bluetooth. The stated range reaches 20 m over Bluetooth 5.1, enough to stay connected from one end of a room to the other without dropouts.
What do 13 mm drivers deliver on sports earbuds?
13 mm is a generous diameter for in-ear earbuds: the diaphragm moves more air, which explains the powerful bass and clear treble advertised here. A punchy sound profile that carries the music over the noise of a gym.
Do the Sport 1+ have active noise cancelling?
No. Isolation comes from the in-ear design and the ear cushions, which partly seal the ear canal. For sport, this is often preferable: you can keep an ear on the traffic or on what is happening in the gym. The connection uses the SBC codec, which every Bluetooth device can play.
Are the Energy Sistem Sport 1+ new and under warranty?
