1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you stay connected to your tablet and phone at the same time?
Yes, multipoint connection handles two Bluetooth devices simultaneously: a workout video playing on your tablet no longer stops you from taking the call coming in on your mobile, and there is no need to re-pair each time you switch.
Is pairing quick on an Android phone?
Yes: the Endurance Peak 4 support Google Fast Pair and pair with an Android device in a single tap. Google Audio Switch then switches automatically from one Android device to another, over Bluetooth 5.4.
What is the difference between adaptive noise cancelling and Smart Ambient mode?
Adaptive noise cancelling relies on four sensing mics to remove the noise around you. Smart Ambient mode does the opposite: it lets outside sounds back in and even lets you talk to someone without removing the earbuds.
How many hours do they last with noise cancelling on?
8 h from the earbuds alone, with noise cancelling on, and 32 h in total with the case. Without noise cancelling, this rises to 12 h and 48 h. A 10-minute quick charge gives 4 h, and a full charge takes 2 h.
Is the charging cable included with these earbuds?
No, it is not. The box contains the earbuds, the charging case, an enhancer, three sizes of ear tips, the warranty leaflet and the quick start guide. You will need to provide the cable yourself: your phone's cable will do.
Does the IP68 rating also cover the charging case?
No, and the difference is worth knowing: the earbuds are IP68, the case only IPX2. The earbuds withstand sweat, rain, salt water and sand; the case, on the other hand, only tolerates a few drops and should be kept sheltered in your bag.
Which ear tip sizes are included, and how well do they stay in during exercise?
Three sizes come with the earbuds, complemented by the liquid silicone ear hook with memory wire of the TwistLock design, which bends to the shape of each ear. One earbud weighs 10.5 g, the case 80.5 g.
How long do they last on phone calls?
Up to 5 h with noise cancelling on, 6 h without. Calls rely on three mics per ear, six in total, with beamforming and a windproof design to keep your voice clear during an outdoor session.
Can you find them if you leave them somewhere?
Yes, through Google Finder, which locates them from an Android device. The case also has a lanyard hole so you can attach it to a bag: the simplest way to avoid putting it down and forgetting it after a session.
Can they handle a workout in full sun?
The stated maximum operating temperature is 45 °C, and the earbuds are specified as resistant to high temperatures as well as high humidity. Combined with the IP68 rating, this covers most conditions encountered outdoors.
Are these JBL earbuds new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for 1 year. Full specifications are given in the manufacturer's datasheet.
