This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How long do the Energy Sistem Style 2 last before you need a power socket?
5 h of listening per charge, plus another 15 h stored in the case, for 20 h in total. Enough to cover several days of commuting without looking for a socket, provided you put the earbuds back in their case between uses rather than leaving them loose.
How do you charge the case, and how long does it take?
With a USB Type-C cable, included in the box, in 1 h 30 min for a full charge. The case holds 300 mAh and each earbud 30 mAh: the case does all the work between outings. USB-C means you don't have to carry one more cable than your phone's.
What's in the box of the Style 2?
The Style 2 True Wireless earbuds, their charging case, a USB Type-C cable and a quick start guide. Everything is ready to use: there is no adapter or accessory to add, so you can start listening straight out of the box.
Do these earbuds have active noise cancellation?
No. Noise reduction relies on the in-ear design, which seals the ear canal and already cuts out a good share of background noise. For a bus ride or a work session, that is often enough; for a long-haul flight, a model with active noise cancellation remains better suited.
How far from your phone can you move?
Up to 20 m over Bluetooth 5.0, with no obstacle in between. In practice, you can leave your phone in the living room and walk into the kitchen without the connection dropping. Supported codecs are AAC and SBC, which covers iPhones and Android phones alike.
Can you manage music and calls without taking out your phone?
Yes. Playback control, volume adjustment and summoning Google Assistant or Siri are all done from the earbuds. The built-in microphone handles calls in stereo, in both ears — far more comfortable than a mono headset when you are talking in the street.
