1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Which cameras is this Instax Mini film compatible with?
With all cameras and printers bearing the instax mini name: mini 12, mini 41, mini 99, mini EVO, mini LiPlay, instax Pal and the mini Link printer.
Is this film suitable for Instax Square or Wide cameras?
No. This film is mini format only; it is not suitable for instax SQUARE or WIDE cameras, whose cartridge is a different format.
What size are the photos and what is their finish?
Each print measures 62 × 46 mm (“credit card” size), with a glossy finish and a white border for writing a date or a few words.
How long does an Instax photo take to develop?
About 90 seconds at room temperature, with no lab needed. After taking the shot, keep the print away from bright light, without shaking or bending it.
How should this Instax film and the prints be stored?
Store the film in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, and use it before the date shown on the box. Prints keep for years away from direct light and humidity. ISO 800 sensitivity.
Is this FujiFilm Instax Mini Glossy film new and under warranty?
Yes, a new and genuine product supplied with an invoice, 1-year warranty.
