Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Capacity : the capacity printed on the product photographed illustrates the range; the one sold is that of the title and the specifications.
  • Format and interface : 2.5 or 3.5 inch, SATA, NVMe M.2, with or without a heatsink: the photo is not enough to tell.
  • Drives not supplied : external enclosures, docking stations and NAS servers ship without a drive, unless explicitly stated.
  • Accessories : cables, adapters, caddies and screws are supplied only if the specifications say so.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

The slightest doubt about a specification? Contact us before ordering and we will check for you.

5 years warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

5 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 5 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

128 GB that weigh 8 grams

With the connector retracted, the drive is 53.4 mm long and 7.5 mm thick. The glossy black top and matte white edge take their inspiration from racing cars, and a hole at the back takes a key ring. It plugs into a USB-A port over USB 3.2 Gen 1 and also works with the USB 2.0 ports of older computers.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does it work on a computer that only has USB 2.0 ports?
Yes. The AH350 drive uses USB 3.2 Gen 1 and remains compatible with USB 2.0: it also plugs into an older computer, as long as it has a USB-A port. On a USB 2.0 port, transfers simply run at that port's pace, slower than USB 3.2 Gen 1; on a USB 3 port, it uses the full bandwidth of its interface.
How do you bring out the drive's connector?
With a slider set into the side of the casing: slide it with your thumb and the USB connector comes out at the front; pull it back to retract it before putting the drive away. So there is no cap to lose, and the casing was shaped so that your thumb and palm fall naturally onto the slider when you hold it.
Is it recognised without installing anything?
Yes, it is Plug & Play: plug it in and it appears as a removable drive on Windows, macOS and Linux. It draws its power from the USB port itself, with no mains adapter or extra cable. Its 128 GB is enough to carry work folders, photos or videos from one computer to another, or to keep a copy of your important files.
How much room does it take in a pocket or a pencil case?
53.4 x 23.2 x 7.5 mm and 8 g with the connector retracted: it fits in a jeans pocket or a pencil case without getting in the way. A hole at the back of the casing lets you attach it to a key ring or a lanyard so you don't leave it in a computer. The casing combines a glossy black top with a matte white edge.
In what conditions can it be used and stored?
From 0 to 60 °C in operation and from -20 to 60 °C when stored. Beyond that, it is best not to leave it somewhere exposed to full sun, such as a car dashboard in summer. It carries the CE, FCC, BSMI and RCM compliance marks, and is powered directly by the USB port of the device it is plugged into.
