1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Will I really reach 120 MB/s when copying my files?
Not always. The 120 MB/s read figure is measured on an empty drive, on a USB 3.0 port, with the ATTO tool: the actual speed depends on the hardware and software of the connected device. For writing, expect up to 45 MB/s.
Do you need to install software or use a cable to use it?
No. The drive is plug and play: plug it in and it is recognised, with no installation, no network and no extra data cable. It accepts a wide variety of file formats, from documents to high-resolution photos and large videos.
Is there a cap to lose on this Hiksemi M210S flash drive?
No, there is no cap. The connector retracts into the body of the drive thanks to the push-pull mechanism, which protects it when the drive is not in use and can be operated with one hand. On a flash drive carried every day in a pocket or bag, that is a real reliability advantage.
Can it be plugged into something other than a computer, such as a TV?
Yes. It is designed to extend the storage of computers, TVs, multimedia systems and any device with a USB port, including Android devices. The connector is USB Type-A, and it works straight away, with no driver to install.
Can it handle being left in a bag or a car in the height of summer?
It operates from -5 °C to 55 °C and can be stored from -25 °C to 70 °C. At 53 × 21 × 10 mm and 9 g, it slips into a pocket or bag without being noticed, and its connector stays retracted in the body of the drive until you use it.
Is the Hiksemi M210S 64 GB USB flash drive new and under warranty?
