iris Partenaires programme conditions

Version 2026-08 — the iris.ma affiliate programme, published by SGM2I (ICE 001542830000046, Témara). Participation in the programme and payment of commissions are subject to acceptance of the version in force.

1. Purpose and legal status

The iris Partenaires programme rewards business introductions made by independent partners — content creators, website publishers and companies — who recommend the products sold on iris.ma. The relationship is one of brokerage within the meaning of Law No. 15-95 forming the Commercial Code: the partner introduces business without representing SGM2I, without entering into contracts in its name and without any relationship of subordination. The programme creates neither an employment contract, nor a mandate, nor a commercial agency.

2. Eligibility and application

  • The programme is reserved for registered companies (trade register, ICE) and sole traders (auto-entrepreneur) holding an ICE, established in Morocco. The ICE is required without exception: the partner invoices their commissions.
  • Applications are reviewed within 48 working hours; SGM2I remains free to accept or refuse an application, and to grant, change or withdraw a personalised code.
  • One partner account per business (one ICE = one account) and per customer account.

3. Attribution and calculation of commissions

  • Attribution: 30 days after the click, on a last-click basis. A promo code entered in the basket always takes priority over the link.
  • Commission base: the product total of the order excluding VAT, excluding delivery charges, after discounts. Any part settled with the loyalty reward balance or with vouchers does not count towards the base.
  • Rate: 3 % of the base, unless otherwise agreed in writing, up to a limit of 500 DH per order.
  • Triggering event: the commission is confirmed on delivery of the order. An order that is cancelled, refunded or returned cancels the corresponding commission; a return occurring after payment is adjusted against the balance.

4. Payment of commissions

  • Against an invoice: each payment is covered by a summary statement; the partner issues an invoice made out to SGM2I setting out the reference and the amounts from that statement (VAT at 20% for companies; without VAT for sole traders, the statutory withholding tax being applied where applicable).
  • Thresholds: bank transfer from 1 000 DH of available balance; conversion into a voucher from 500 DH. Conversion into a voucher constitutes payment of the commissions by set-off.
  • First payment: checked manually within 48 working hours. As a security measure, a change of bank details delays transfers by a few days.
  • Limitation period: an available balance that goes unclaimed lapses after 12 months, following email reminders.

5. Strictly prohibited practices

The following practices lead, depending on how serious they are, to a warning, to the suspension or to the termination of the partner account:

  1. Self-purchasing. Ordering through your own link or your own code, whether directly or through an obvious intermediary, generates no commission.
  2. Brand bidding. Any paid search bidding (Google Ads, Bing…) on “iris”, “iris.ma”, their misspellings or their combinations with “promo”, “code” or “maroc” is prohibited.
  3. Ranking for “code promo iris”. Creating or optimising pages targeting the queries “code promo iris” and similar — which intercept customers who are already convinced — is prohibited.
  4. Typosquatting and lookalike accounts. Registering domain names close to iris.ma, or creating social media accounts that suggest an official iris.ma account, is prohibited.
  5. Cookie stuffing and forced clicks. Any attribution set without a deliberate and informed click by the internet user (iframe, hidden redirect, pop-under, simulated click) is prohibited.
  6. Cashback and payments to the customer. Passing on all or part of the commission to the buyer, in any form whatsoever (cashback, refund, gift conditional on purchase), is prohibited.
  7. Spam. Any unsolicited distribution (email, SMS, WhatsApp, mass comments, automated private messages) of the programme's links or codes is prohibited.
  8. Mandatory disclosure. The partner clearly indicates the affiliate nature of their links (an “affiliate link” notice or equivalent, visible before the click) and applies the rel="sponsored" attribute to links published on their sites.
  9. Integrity of content. The visuals and brand assets provided are not to be altered; expired promotions are removed from the partner's content within a reasonable time.
  10. Fraud. Any fraud or attempted fraud results in the immediate termination of the partner account and the forfeiture of commissions awaiting confirmation or payment.

6. Term, suspension and closure

  • The partnership is entered into for an indefinite term; either party may end it at any time. Commissions duly earned remain payable.
  • Where an account is suspended for review, the partner area remains viewable in read-only mode and the balance is preserved for the duration of the review.
  • An account with no sales at all for 6 to 12 months may be closed after notification by email.
  • SGM2I may amend these conditions; continued participation in the programme and any new payment are subject to acceptance of the version in force, notified in the partner area.

7. Personal data

The partner's data (identity of the business, ICE, bank details, channels) is processed by SGM2I for the management of the programme, in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. Attribution tracking relies on a click identifier and an attribution cookie limited to 30 days; the partner has access to no personal customer data (no name, no order, no city) — only to aggregated amounts, dates and channels. Details in the data protection policy.
